Yes. You get your own isolated Barnaby instance — your data never touches another customer's. We are registered with the ICO as a data processor and provide a full Data Processing Agreement. Container-separated, encrypted at rest.
Do I need to learn new software?+
No. Barnaby works entirely through WhatsApp. If you can send a voice note, you can use Barnaby. No dashboards, no plugins, no new logins.
What if I want to cancel?+
After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel with 30 days notice. No lengthy contracts, no penalty fees.
How long does setup take?+
